Since we are living in MCO, CMCO, and RMCO from 13 January until 26 January 2021, it’s being announced that Department of Road Transport (JPJ) operation hours would differ. So, drivers, please take note!
For those who live in CMCO states, from 13 January until 26 January 2021, the operation hour would be from 8 a.m until 5 p.m.
For those who live in the RMCO area, from 13 January until 26 January 2021, on the operation hours on weekdays would be 8 a.m until 9 p.m meanwhile on the weekends it would be 8 a.m until 5 p.m.
For those who live in the MCO area, from 13 January until 26 January 2021, the operation hour would be 8 a.m until 5 p.m.
Not only that, for those who live in the MCO area, the only service that can be done at the counter would be Vehicle Ownership Certificate (VOC) and individual public ID application. Other than those services, the public is encouraged to do other transactions using the MySIKAP.
For those who never use MySIKAP, no worries! Just follow these easy steps and you will be done renewing your license in no time~
▼ Step 1:Log into mySIKAP account (must have mySIKAP ID). After that, choose to update your driver’s license and click “Pembaharuan Lesen Memandu”.
▼Step 2: Choose your driver’s license type and how many years you want to last, and click “Cari”.
▼Step 3: Then, the system will display your information, click “Bayar”.
▼Step 4: Now, choose your payment method and click “Bayar” to complete the next payment transaction.
You are done! Also, you can use MyEG to renew your road tax too~ Here are the steps:
▼Step 1: Browse the official website of MyEG [ click here ] to register an account. After entering your information, you can log in to your MyEG account.
▼Step 2:Click “Jabatan Pengangkutan Jalan”
▼Step 3: Select “Road Tax Renewal”
▼you also can choose to renew your driver’s license and click “Driving License Renewal”.
▼Step 4: Enter your ID number, license plate number, phone number, etc.
▼Step 6: Pay the updated road tax and other fees (service fee + transportation fee). The transportation cost is different for each region! Receive your new road tax within 2 days as soon as possible!
