She shared that she booked a hotel to stay with her husband in February 2020. the tagline ‘Luxury’ was the reason she was attracted to book the hotel. But the high hope was shattered instantly when they went into the hotel.

As soon as they check-in, they have been warned not to do anything weird with the hotel staff or fines will be waiting. They were shocked to hear it and it leaves an early for a bad impression. After breakfast, they want to go for a swim at the pool. When they arrived, the sight leaves them speechless. The water was oily and the pool’s wall is cracked. After the long wait, they were called to the counter. With a serious face and no smiles, the management put the bedsheets on the counter in front of another guest. There is a bit of dirt on the sheet. They asked for hundreds for the compensation. The husband stands for their right as there were no hotel does this before. The hotel asked the couple to bring the sheet to the dobby. Ended up they bring the bedsheets to the hotel’s toilet and washed it there.
