Woman Had To Pay RM1000 For Not Wearing Mask At Non-Crowded Place!

Since we are living in a pandemic, we must wear a mask whenever we leave our house to protect ourselves from the COVID-19. It is mandatory for us to wear them, especially we are in public spaces that have people and are crowded.

However, if we are in a place that has no one and we are alone, it is fine for us to not wear a mask. This woman took her Twitter and garnered over 16K retweets and 14K likes after she shared the story of her got summons by the police for not wearing a mask at a non-crowded place!

She shared the incident that happens when she got out of the car to go to another site, so she can help her child to wear shoes. The place is not crowded and has no people beside her.

Suddenly, police came and give her a summon for not wearing a mask.She defended that she doesn’t understand why she got summons when there was no one around and her cafe was not even open yet.

She even posted evidence that it is fine to not wear a mask when you are alone or in a non-crowded place said by our minister, Datuk Seri Ismail Sabri.

However, one of the people on Twitter shared some way that they can fight for their summon, which is by sending an email to the assemblyman/member of parliament of your region. In the email, you need to attach a picture, a compound letter, and all the available evidence. Then, send it to them.

The user updated that she actually did it and got called by the parliamentary service center of her area. She said that the assemblyman will help fight regarding the compound that she got. She hopes that no one would get the same compound if they didn’t do anything wrong like her.
