A netizen took social media to share her disappointment on what she found on the parcel delivered to her husband, as the parcel was wrapped with a pink lady underwear. Oh dear.. a pink panties?!
Her post read:
As a seller and a customer, I’m so disappointed with the service from the courier company. Today we received a parcel that my husband ordered online. The box was wrapped with pink lady underwear.
Seriously, this is too much! The item he ordered was in good condition. Even the box was badly damaged but I don’t mind. But how can my parcel end up like this? š„š„
The management of JXX, please solve the problem. This is my right as a customer.

The 32-year-old, online merchant also told Utusan, the item was ordered from Station 18, Ipoh. They received the parcel in the late evening. The parcel was received in the condition damaged and wrapped in pink panties.
“At first, my husband never realized it’s a panty but he thought it was a sock. He did ask the delivery man that why the parcel came in such condition. However, the delivery man said they didn’t know but they received parcel to deliver in such condition too. Then I contacted the seller, the seller said the parcel was nicely wrapped when he sends,” she said.
Her post went viral garnered 933 responses and 1.6k comments. Some netizen asked her to further investigate, some suggested she should report the matter and claim. However, not all the comments sided with her.
