Reminder From A Buyer! Thermo Flask Costs RM29.90 Explodes And Cause SERIOUS Injury

A netizen, known as Angel took social media to share her horrifying experience where she bought a thermos flask online which cost her RM29.90, but the Thermo flask exploded and caused serious injury to her.

Her post read:

-Gentle reminder, I am sorry if I had offended you!

My sister bought a thermal flask with an e-merchant on a shopping platform, and the thermal flask came with defects, which resulted in serious injury on my feet. I believed it’s not the seller’s fault but the product itself.

The incident happened on the first day of Chinese New Year, thought of having a cup of tea and chit-chatting with my family. I poured hot water into the thermal flask, covered with its lid. But the moment I hold the flask, it exploded out of a sudden with the glass in the flask hit on my feet and 100°C hot water poured on my feet too.

I don’t intend to fight for compensation, but I hope there was no next victim. Thus, I tried to inform the seller about my horrifying experience. But he was only replying,” OK, noted”. Without feeling sorry or any further explanation.

I told him straight in the first place that I did not intend to fight for compensation, but his reaction makes me fumed.

I just wanted to say, lucky it’s me but not the elderly or kids at home got burn.

Hopefully, the buyer/seller, to be extra careful when purchasing something online. I really hope there is no next victim. My feet still hurt badly until now.
