Simple Air Fryer Recipe You Won’t Regret Trying!

① Grill Cockles 

Step 1: Blend some garlic, onion, ginger, lemongrass and dried chili. Mix it with the cockles and add in a bit of oil, salt and sugar. Marinade everything for half an hour.

Step 2: Grill in Air Fryer with 160°C for 20 minutes. Flip it every 10 minutes so it cooked well.

② Basque Burnt Cheese Cake

Ingredients:

  • 250g of cream cheese
  • 1/2 cup of castor sugar
  • 3 grade A eggs
  • 2 tablespoon of wheat flour
  • 1/2 cup if whipping cream
  • 3 teaspoon of essence vanilla

Blend the ingredients. Layer a 6 inch tray with baking paper, pour in the the cake mixture and bake in the Air Fryer with 180°C for 20 minutes. Before that make sure to preheat the Air Fryer for 10 minutes first.

③ Grill Chicken

Marinade the chicken with dark soy sauce, soy sauce, oyster sauce and honey. Then put it inside Air Fryer with 180°C for 20 minutes.

④ Bread Pudding

Ingredients

  • 4 slice of bread, spread with butter and shredded
  • 1 cup of milk
  • 2 tablespoon of sugar
  • Mix fruit

Combine everything in the baking pan. Add mix fruit on top of it and bake with 160°C for 20 minutes.

Ingredients for custard sauce

  • 1 cup of fresh milk
  • 1 spoon of custard flour
  • 1 spoon of sugar

Mix everything and cook until it boil.

⑤ Sardine

Put everything in the Air Fryer with 160°C for 15 minutes.

⑥ Omelette

Cook it in Air Fryer with 160°C for 15 minutes.

⑦ Fried Fish

⑧ Stuffed Grill Squid

Step 1: Sauté the garlic, onion, black pepper, add minced chicken and carrot.

Step 2: Let the chicken cooked, then add in 1 egg.

Step 3: Stuffed those inside the squid, seal it with a toothpick so the stuffing remain inside.

Step 4: Marinade with Adabi grill fish seasoning. Bake it with 160°C for 15 minutes. Flip the squid and bake for another 5 minutes.

⑨ Dangai

Ingredients:

  • 3 cups of grated coconut
  • 1 cup of glutinous rice flour
  • 1/2 cup of sugar
  • A pinch of salt

Mix everything and pressed in onto the baking pan. Bake it with 160°C for 20 minutes. If you want it to be more crispy, you can do it for 175°C for 5 minutes.

⑩ Smoked Beef (Daging salai masak lemak cili api)

▼Smoke beef

Boil the meat until it become tender. Then grilled it with 160°C for 10 minutes. Sliced the meat thinly.

▼Gravy

Blend some onion, chili, ginger and turmeric. Add the blended mixture into coconut milk, lemongrass and the smoked beef. Cook until the gravy thicken.

⑪ Keropok Lekor

Fry it in Air Fryer with 160°C for 15 minutes.

⑫ Grilled Meat (Daging Harimau Menangis)

Step 1: Marinade the meat with oyster sauce, sugar, Nampla sauce, black pepper.

Step 2: Grill in Air Fryer with 180°C for 30 minutes.

For the dipping sauce, mix some blended fried rice, chili, palm sugar, tamarind, lemon juice and salt.
