During the pandemic, a lot of people rely on online shopping instead of going to the physical stores to get the things they want including food.
But lately, some netizens shared their bad experience on social media, the food they purchased online was eaten. The incident was widely discussed online, some online merchants also starts worrying about the parcel they send.

Not long ago, an online merchant sharing her bad experience on the Shopee seller’s Facebook page, she claimed it’s very obvious someone eaten the food item she sends to her customer. But she is the one that has to bear the responsibility to compensate for the loss.
Her post read:
The parcel I send was eaten by Jxx staff! The WhatsApp conversation is between me and the delivery man, he sends me a photo of the parcel, the customer was asking for a refund after receiving the parcel. The merchant who sends the parcel has to responsible for the dispute.
If the problem is due to the packaging or damage to the food item, it’s definitely my responsibility. However, if the food item is been eaten by some staff! Why do I need to responsible for it? Now I’m at a loss of RM 98.15, how can I get my money back?

▼ One netizen also an online merchant selling food items suggesting her to wrap her parcel in a black plastic bag so it’s not that easy to unbox.
Another netizen also took social media to share her worst online shopping experience, she wrote,” Jxx staff drinking the beer I bought from Shopee🤬🤬🤬”

The worst ever online shopping experience, JXX staff drank the beer that I bought in Shopee!
I heard JXX services was not good, however, it’s my first time encountered this. I wanted to know, seriously is JXX bosses paying to your staff? Why are they still eating and drinking customers’ food and beverage?
It’s really an eye-opener to me!
* Those who read this post, please help to share, so others will take note too, do not choose JXX if you purchased some food item online, if this kind of incident happens again, I will lodge a report to the Consumer Affairs department!
