This 3 Way Cookies Recipe Reminds You The Famous Amos Cookies!

Since it is MCO, many people are stressed as they can’t do a lot of things outside. Baking is another option that you can fill your days and release your stress! This can serve as a great therapy and also a great bonding session with your loved ones as you baked delicious goods to fill up your stomach!

For those who love cookies, it is hard to replicate the taste of the cookies from the famous cookies place like Famous Amos. Well, this recipe has garnered over 7K likes and 22K shares, is a fool-proof recipe that can be very similar to the Famous Amos cookies~ Not only that, you can make 3 types of cookies at once!

Let’s get cooking!

We will start off with the wet ingredients!

  • 250 gram Butter
  • 1 1/4 cup brown sugar (sis only used 1 cups)
  • 1 small tsp vanilla essence
  • 1 eggs (if grade b wear 2 pieces)

All of these ingredients just need to be mixed until the mix is beautiful & even.

Then after done with the wet ingredients,  mix with the dry ingredients!

  • 2 1/2 cup wheat flour
  • 1/2 cup cornflour
  • 1 small spoon of baking powder
  • 1 small tsp bicarbonate soda
  • 6 tsp oil

Now here is the fun part! There are 3 kind of cookies that you can make with this one batter~

First, it’s the Callebaut Dark Chocolate Cookies! It is very simple, you only need to mix Callebaut dark chocolate coins and packs of Nestum instant drink!

The second recipe is the Chocolate Almond Cookies! For this one, you need to mix in 4 tsp cocoa powder. After that, add chocolate chips and almond nips into the batter.

Lastly, the infamous Red Velvet cookies! You need to put in 2 tsp of cocoa powder and add some red food coloring until it becomes the color of Red velvet mix.  For topping usually, people put white choc chip but you can use almond nips or butterscotch chip, according to your liking!

After you are done with the batter, put it into the fridge for a while in 1 hour. After chilling, the batter will be very wet and it is okay! Arrange them on the pan with some distance and baked it for 25 minutes in  150 degrees oven using fire top and bottom or according to the oven heat respectively.
