The ingredients that you needed to cook this butter prawn
Ingredients
- 8 pieces of prawns
- 2 cups of cooking oil (can use 1 cup)
- 3 tablespoon of butter/margarine
- 1/2 teaspoon of sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon of chicken stock/salt
- chilli
- curry leaves
- 4-5 egg yolks
Let’s get cooking!
▼Step 1: coat the prawns with white pepper and fish sauce
▼Step 2: Then coat the prawns with some corn starch
▼Step 3: Fried the prawns until they are golden brown and crispy.
▼Step 4: Then set aside the prawns
▼Step 5: Heat up the oil and melt the butter/ margarine
▼Step 6: After the butter melted, swirl your ladle in the oil while pouring your egg yolks that have been beaten.
▼Step 7: Never stop swirling your ladle. Then, add the sugar and chicken stock as you keep swirling the ladle.
▼Step 8: As you keep swirling the ladle, add the chilies and curry leaves.
▼Step 9: Keep swirling the ladle until it become bubbly like the picture
▼Step 10: In a strainer that has your prawns, strained the egg, oil, butter mixture.
