No matter how extraordinary a service you provide, it’s important to remember that you can’t please everyone every time. Whether it’s a customer with heightened expectations, or an otherwise lovely person who happens to be having a rough day, you will inevitably encounter customers who are difficult to satisfy.

A netizen, San took social media to share a WhatsApp screenshot of a text conversation between her sister, Joey VS ” Auntie”, a difficult client. She praised her sister for never bending her head when dealing with Auntie, her reply also won her round applause!

Her post read:

My sister faced difficult customer almost everyday. But I’m amazed with the way she dealt with it , I should learned from her.

Customer is not god, because god will not treat her believer like that, ok?

If I’m not replying you probably sometimes i really forget. No doubt sometimes I’m just upset and don’t feel like replying you. You faced any difficult customer before? share with me.

Auntie : Yesterday my daughter bought a milk tea. The milk tea spilled . Why don’t you replaced another cup of milk tea for my daughter?

Auntie : She carried too many things in her arm. Not even reaching the car. Her milk tea spilled.

Auntie : I’m the one who wanted to drink the milk tea. My daughter reached home and said the milk tea spilled. I don’t have a milk tea anymore.

Needless to say, the post went viral and was widely discussed where netizens surprised the Auntie actually texted her at 7.43am, early in the morning just wanted to question her why never replaced a new drink for her daughter who spilled the drink accidentally.
