A fashion handbags retailer, Rachel Smith took social media to share a screenshot of the WhatsApp conversation between their customer service and a difficult customer, the post went viral and been widely discussed, netizen said,” So picky, better use a plastic bag”

After the customer bought a wallet through Rachel Smith online store, she texted the customer service and complaint about the design of the wallet as she couldn’t insert the card horizontally into the wallet.

▼ The difficult customer attached the picture where she tried to insert her bank card and wrote:” Something wrong with your design, the place to insert card is too small, i can’t even insert my card. And the colour is odd, i purchased the navy but i received a black instead.”

Customer service :” Dear, this wallet is to inset card vertically not horizontally! The wallet we send is navy as per ordered, not black.”

Difficult customer:” but to insert vertically the space is too big. The design isn’t logic! And you thought i’m a colour-blind, obviously this is black!”

Customer service:” Dear, the design of this wallet is to insert the card vertically, we do explained in our video. We believed you don’t have a problem identifying colours. This is really navy, although the colour is darker but under the light it’s very obvious, it’s navy”
