A TikTok user, Do Quyen caught netizens eyeballs after posting photos and transition videos of what he looked like before and after his plastic surgery. The video went viral garnered close to 600k views. Netizens were amazed by his major transformation.
This 26-year-old young man was born with dark complexion, unattractive appearance where he said it’s hard for him to look for a job. The only way he could think of to change his life is go for plastic surgery. Thus, he underwent 9 major surgeries.
He was humiliated by one of the interviewer which triggered him to work even harder as he knew only went through plastic surgery he can change his life. His family was not well-off, so he funded the surgeries all on his own.
He spent more than VND400 million (RM70,446) on 9 major plastic surgeries to achieve his new look. According to Kenh14, he went for rhinoplasty, nose fillers, chin implants, porcelain veneers, lip reshaping, lip implants, double eyelid surgery, and eye enlargement.
He also added his parents couldn’t recognise him the first time he went home after his plastic surgery.
Do Quyen is now an influncer and also works as a makeup artist in Ho Chi Minh City, frequently tells his 90,000 followers on TikTok to do whatever makes them happy.
Of course, his dramatic transformation invites critics too. But he said he had no regrets on the decision to go for plastic surgery.
He also told his followers to be strong and find the beauty that you are most confident in.
“The standard of beauty for me is when you look at yourself in the mirror and can feel satisfied and confident.”
