Man Sets New Record for Failing Driving Test for 192 Times in 17 Years

How many attempts do you need to pass a driving theory test? One or two at the most? That’s a likely number even for a person who has just started learning how to drive. Of course, there are some individuals who require more attempts to clear the test.

But this 50-year-old man from the city of Piotrków Trybunalski, Poland spend 17 years taking the driving theory test not even to his on the road practical test. But, he failed his 192nd attempts too. In short, he did not pass the test yet.

He is setting new record in Poland for number of attempts for his driving theory test. You probably couldn’t believe this man is spending US$1,557 ( RM 6,400) to retake the exams and those not including the time he wasted to do his revision.

In Poland, the theoretical exam is said to be quite tough, where normally exam taker need to take at least 2 to 3 attempts to pass the exam. The last recorded number of attempts failing the exam is 40 times but he is no way close to the past record holder.

Interestingly, there is no limit for the number of attempts a person can have for the exams. So, he still stand a chance to drive a car.

17 Years of trying, but he never give up! Hats off and hopefully miracle will happen on his 193rd attempt.
