Love the airy fringe you see on actresses in your favourite Korean dramas? So do we. This netizen, Celine wanted to try replicating them. Sadly, things doesn’t turn out like what she want.
She then took social media to rant, not forgetting tagging the said hair saloon. Her post went viral garnered 14k responses and 13k shares at the time of writing.
Her post read:
This is the first time i’m so upset with my haircut. I called the hair saloon to make a booking. The 2 hair stylish that always cut my hair were fully booked. I reminded them as long as not getting me a trainee the rest was fine.
Ended up my haircut was like this, your saloon was consider a famous one. And i kept stressing that i don’t want a trainee. Only when my airy fringe turned up like this, the stylish told me he don’t know what is ” Airy Fringe”.
He cut the front, back and right shorter, while the right side was longer. After everything was done only he realised and he picked up a scissor to cut again. Ended up the outcome of the haircut is like when i’m cutting my daughter’s fringe and she moved around.
I’m so angry, and how can you not angry when your haircut look so terrible?

After her post went viral, the saloon immediately issued an apology note and promised their art director will fix the unsatisfactory haircut.
Needless to say, there are voices criticising the Saloon and most netizens said they can’t wait to see how the art director going to save the bad haircut and even teasing them saying, hopeful they can see miracle.

However, Celine then updated netizens that the saloon already contacted her and make an apology. Where she decided to give them a second chance.

Hi friends and netizens, Hair Story already contacted me and noted their problem. They promised will fix my hair problem, and i already accepted their apology. Please do not verbally attacked them anymore and praying for the re-styling day after.
I would like to thank a few hair stylish for contacting me offered to save my hair. But for now, i decided to give them a second chance, thanks!

Besides the apology note, the saloon also providing one year haircare services as well as haircare products.
She told media, “I couldn’t believed my bad haircuts are fixable, and the art director really give me a total makeover. I’m truly satisfied with the outcome. Throughout the haircut process i can felt his professionalism. I’m happy with the services.”
