In her TikTok post, she shared that she’s been staying in a hotel for a total of 6 months during her internship period! Wow! How much did it cost her? Well, it’s not that expensive actually. She made a series of TikTok video to explain how she did it and how much she spend. In her first video, she has amassed over 41.4K likes and 472 shares!
In the series of videos, she explained everything from why she decided to stay in hotel instead of renting a room, hotel location, the expenses, and how to long stay in a hotel.
There are two major reasons on why she choses to stay in a hotel while undergoing her internship. First, the cost of long stay in a hotel is way much cheaper compared to renting a room or house.
Secondly, the transportation. This hotel located very close to the company she’s working with, so she can save a lot more as she can just walk there.
You must wonder how much it cost right? Well, she only pay RM550 per month for the whole 6 months of her stay! That includes the Wifi, TV channel, water filter, housekeeping and many more. During her stay, she moved room twice to get a better location and view.
Where is this hotel? Why it is so affordable? In one of her video, she revealed that the hotel is Tune Hotel at JB.
Many were asking how she can get such a good price. To which she explained all she did was walk in to the hotel and informed she want a long stay. Or another option, you can check the information from the hotel website or social media to see if they offer any long stay promotion.
