But this Malaysian netizen, Bridget took social media to share her horrifying experience, so this little household item causing an explosion in her kitchen?!
Her post read:
Both me and my friend bought this energy-saving gas stove cover, it was said wind proof, so the fire can be more focus/gathered at the centre and it’s energy saving. But, this is also the thing causing explosion in the kitchen. Lucky no one was in kitchen, or else we will be freaking out!
Then, the expert selling kitchenware explained :
With the wind-proof design, the gas stove cover definitely help to focus the fire. However, it’s not suitable on the tempered glass gas stove. It’s more suitable for the outdoor usage or the ventilated environment.

The boss then said,” I’m not sure how many victims before you?”. He then started promoting the new gas stove, from cheap to the expensive one.
Boss, I’m not very good in cooking.. now stove also exploded. You better proposed something with affordable price. Or else i will just takeaway food instead.
