Wanted to check your EPF account, but you don’t have an online i-Akuan. As we all know, to register for an i-Akaun, you will need personally visit KWSP counters or through KWSP kiosks. But looking at the current pandemic, we try not to head out.. so how?!
KWSP understand our needs and launch the Lite version, i-Akaun View Mode. So, without personally going to KWSP counters or kiosks you can also check your balance! Not only that, the EPF members can also check the transactions history, withdrawal eligibility, current contributions and so on.
But you will need to take note that, the lite version of i-Akaun View Mode don’t allowed members to do any transaction involving Transaction Authorisation Code (TAC), including applying withdrawal for house loan, medical or education purposes. In the other words, you can only view the information in your personal account.
The information that can be viewed with i-Akaun View Mode, including：
- account balance
- current contributions
- profile update
- transactions history
- withdrawal eligibility
- push notifications
- i-Akaun secured inbox
There is currently no time limit set for the i-Akaun View Mode services. But in order to access the full version of i-Akaun you will still need to verify thumbprint at the EPF kiosks or counter.
To activate i-Akaun View Mode, you can call KWSP hotline at 03-89226000（8am-5pm), what you need to do is to tell the customer service that you would like to apply for i-Akaun View Mode.
The customer service will provide you with EPF i-Akaun ID Pengguna ( username) and Kata Laluan ( password). Then you can log on to secure.kwsp.gov.my 【Click here】Then log-in to i-Akaun View Mode.
