1. Is the requirements high to work in luxury boutique?
A: Most of the sales associate in the store with sales experience from other luxury brands, including: SKII, Swarovski, Balenciaga and so on. In the other word, chances to be offered a job will be higher with sales experience from other high-end retail stores.
Ps: I’m just a part-timer so relatively my requirements will be lower.

2. Is the Sales Associate ( SA) in the store like the drama series?
A：From my observation, it’s very much depends on the store. The moment i worked there the SA are basically quite friendly. No relationship turn sour because of the commissions. If they are really come to disagreement, they will also discussed off-table and ironed out the commission issue.
3. Any customer saying「Except for this, i want all!」？
A：We came across a lot of rich & wealthy customer, some brought along their body guard. When the customer in the fitting room. The body guard will be patrolling around, like their boss will go missing anytime. Some customer don’t look at the price at all. They will just tried on the clothes, and only get to know the price when they pay.

1. How to apply for the job？
A: I applied through an agent for part-time job. However, no vacancy for now~ Working hours : 8 hours/day, lunch break : 1 hour, Hourly pay will be the same like promoter. 4 days work in a week.
2. Job scope？
Job scope will be same like those in retail stores, stock check ( ensure the quality and quantity), arranging for postage, packaging. The routine will be more or less the same, not really a tough job. As i’m a part-timer, so i do not have the pressure hitting sales target.
3. Benefits & Perks
In the case, you have a good boss. Then he/she can make you rich ( just kidding) I’m not rich yet. But the manager and the colleague are really friendly here. Not only the manager will buy us meal~ Some customer will also buy the SA something. The company also taking good care of staff welfare, like during MCO, the company send everyone mask, sanitizer, cookies and a lot more stuff. During festive season, we will be getting gift from the company too.
4. All pros ? no cons?
For me, the disadvantages will be the expenses is high nearby my working area. Let say food, at least RM13. So easily, you spend your 2 hours wages.
5. Any romantic love story？
Be realistic! I never see any customer fall in love with the SA so far, all the customer just come with the reason ” getting the bag/ accessories”.

▼ No romantic story, however some rich guy did eyeing on my colleague and even offered £1000.
