My husband chose the the beehive style hexagonal tiles and i think suit the kitchen very much. But maybe not too big. We customized the kitchen cabinet as i wanted the skylight roofing, so we have no choice but to remove all the built-in cabinet by the previous owner. My ideal kitchen is a well-organised kitchen. Thus, i get a lot of containers to keep my stuffs. I chose a single basin kitchen sink and i like it so much, no regret!
