This time round she met an odd 00s staff that claimed she was too tired standing for 4 hours, therefore she wanted to quit! 「 My mum wanted me to quit, can you pay me the 4 hours salary?」

The 00s frankly told the boss that she was continuously standing for 4 hours and her leg was sore. Thus after the evening break she decided not to go back for work and asking for her 4 hours pay. The boss was speechless~

Bosses out there, after i concluded thousand of messages from my previous post. I managed to iron out some of the highlights. Thus, in future when you are hiring, please do not labelled them as 00s. Just say youngster with good life ( like an emperor). Remember, mind your words. ok?

I knew it’s my fault. I will make a change and started to build a good relationship with you ( the 00s..)

Business owner, please take note. The following is the basic requirement from the good life youngster, if you can’t make it. Please do not startup a business! Don’t ever insulted their working life again!

1. Basic salary with at least RM3,000!

Good life youngster will need a basic salary of RM3K ( no matter what job or position you are offering..) as we should understand a youngster will buy a lot of gadgets, need to check out a lot of nice places. How can that be enough?  Even a pair of Adidas can costs you thousand ringgit.. Don’t worry! RM3k is just the allowances.

2. They are allowed to sit as a waiter /waitress!

Those working in the kitchen can sit to cook, those who serving food outside can sit to serve customer, get the customer to pick up the food by themselves. Any customer dare to ask for chilies, just post their picture in the Facebook page and let them gain fame overnight!

3. Everything is claimable !

Of course this benefit is a must! Transportation, phone bills, food, top-up for games, buy bubble tea for girlfriends… all claimable!

4. Bosses not allowed to ask for more!

Do not blame/ scold your staff, as long as job is done then okay! Do not ask for anything! No nagging! Must understand that the youngster already work their best!

5. Company must financial support staff to get a car! 

Company must fork out down payment for the staff to buy Myvi! If you need to come to work with Grab, if you are late it may affected your mood.

In the case of sore legs, headache, buttock numb, kidney’s stones. Company will need to offer the staff 3 days off with pay!

7. Staff are always right!

If your superior scolded you, we fired the superior!

 

8.  Work not more than 4 hours!

Cannot work more than 4 hours a day including over time (OT)! If need to OT means it’s the mismanagement of the bosses or they just shouldn’t have such a long operating hours. Risking your health for the sake of money.

9. These 4 hours completely belongs to you!

All the new comer will have 2 hours meal break, 1 hour to play with your phone and 1 hour toilet break. I truly understand it’s your rights!

10. Do not force staff to do things they don’t feel like doing!

Unless you willing or else your boss can’t force you do anything that you don’t like or else you can lodge a police report and post them in Facebook. If you take up the job as a waiter, but the boss asking you to wash toilet. I personally think it’s a human rights violations. You can sue them!

11. Staff’s parents should have a free stay next to them too!

Must get ready a room for the parents to stay next to them. Just in case they feel sad or wronged. Parents can come ASAP to bring their children home.
