Maybank has introduced a contactless cash withdrawal system on its MAE (Maybank E-Wallet) application. Isn’t it super convenient?!
According to the banking group’s website, you will need to activate MAE App and contactless cash withdrawal service. Just follow the steps below:
▼ Step 1：Go to the MAE App and click “Manage”.
▼ Step 2： Go to “Manage Widgets” to select “ATM Cash-out”.
▼ Step 3：Then you will notice the “ATM Cash-out” function on the MAE main page.
▼ Step 4：After clicking in, you will need to login to your Maybank2u banking account.
▼ Step 5：Go through the terms & conditions, if you are agreed with it click “Confirm” to proceed.
▼ Step 6：Enter the OTP given.
▼ Step 7：ATM Cash-out function is successfully set-up!
*Users will then receive an SMS and push notification on their smartphones upon successful activation.
How to do cash withdrawal with Maybank ATM machine?
▼ Step 1：Go to MAE app, you can find the scan button on the bottom of the app.
▼ Step 2：Scan the QR code on the ATM machine.
▼ Step 3：Confirmation on login to MAE account.
▼ Step 4：Enter the withdrawal amount.
▼ Step 5：Select the account for withdrawal. ( Maybank savings account or MAE e-wallet) then click ” Withdraw Now”.
▼ Step 6：Wait for the processing time.
▼ Step 6：Withdrawal successful！collect the cash in the ATM Machine.

So, now even you forget to bring your debit card. You will still able to do cash withdrawal in the ATM Machine! The only thing that you shouldn’t forget is your ” SmartPhone”!
