Netizen Rants On Low Cost Carrier : Check Your e-Mail & App Time to Time As Flying Time Keep Changing!

When i’m taking a flight, i hate my flight been delayed or cancelled the last minute for no reason. Of course, it will affect the itinerary. My mood is affected too! I believe a lot of people will be like me!~ But comparing to flight delayed, i’m more panic when the flight is scheduled few hours earlier!

A netizen took social media to rant her dissatisfaction towards a famous low cost carrier. Complaining them for re-scheduled the flight few hours earlier without a proper notification. Most importantly, it’s not the first time she experienced it but for several times!

As i got very bad experience for several times just within 3 months!

The 1st time:

I booked 3pm flight from JB to Penang. Suddenly they informed me the flight was re-scheduled to 12.30pm. I was nearly late for the check-in.

Wasted the 20kg checked baggage! Damn it as i brought the big size luggage and i’m not allowed to check-in my baggage! End up i have to keep my baggage in the airport! The flight was 45mins delayed as it arrived late!

The 2nd time:

I booked the airticket on Jun 4, JB-IPH supposed to take off at 8am. Today i checked my app, the flight was postponed to 9am instead.

While from IPH-JB flight was re-scheduled from 1pm to 10am! At first i was thinking to stay with my children for few more hours!

The 3rd time:

My parents flying on Jun 9, 11:40am Penang to KK. The flight was re-scheduled to 11pm. So, you want the 2 elderly reaching KK at midnight? wasted a day? how can it be!!

But the morning 9am flight is still available!

So, you purposely change the timing then we have to pay extra to get another ticket! As for this ticket, i’m not sure whether i can get refund.

We booked the ticket for RM400++, and now we need to spend another RM600++ for another tickets?? Do you think it’s fair for us?!

I called AxxAxxx to complain but no one to talk to as they only have AVA. You will have to answered the questions one by one pressing the right button! Do again when you wrongly pressed until you gave up!

Then another option is to send them e-mail. But you have no idea when they will reverted to you! Or probably you already miss the flight but you can’t even get in touch with their customer service!

Then they will continue to pocket all your money!

If you are not able to sell airticket at the such a cheap price then sell it at a reasonable price! Please do not keep changing the timing!

All the planned journey was in a mess! Because we normally plan the itinerary after booking the airticket. Now flying with you we cannot even plan properly, because you timing keep changing!

” Just get use to it! So far, me travelling JB, KL, KK the KL none of my flight on time. Every time also last minute delayed, sometimes they don’t even notify me.”

” Mine even worst, from SIN to KCH supposed to be 9pm flight and change to 7am morning. Then change to SIN -KL 7am something then wait for 2 hours in KL-KCH. Then today send another e-mail to me KL-KCH change to 3pm.”

” Seriously, all the itinerary need to be re-plan due to the airline last minute changes. AVA is uncontactable most of the time. See how long you can wait .. I waited 4 hours when it’s about my turn to speak to Customer service the call ended. I nearly scolded them in bad words. End up i spend even more. Especially those going to the island please take note! Like myself, the last trip going to Pulau Redang. The last ferry service to the island is 12 noon. Then the flight touch down in the airport only at 12 something after they re-scheduled my flight. I missed the ferry. End up spending RM700++ to get a speed boat to the island.”

“It’s a trap! Plenty of time for selection in the beginning. Before you flying they try to re-schedule and cut down the number of flight to 1 or 2 to make the flight all occupied.”

“I received the similar e-mail today for re-scheduling. I encountered the same problem, will not book the same airline anymore.”
