There may be many wonderful places to see in the world, but for me the ultimate travel destination is Europe. But, thinking about the cost ( at least RM10k +++ or above ) travelling to Europe i’m taking a step back..
A Malaysian netizen took social media to share her free & easy trip in Europe with her bestie, what surprised us is … she is spending less than RM9000!

Accommodation：
Most of the stays are clean and beautiful, some even with kitchen and fine cutlery. I’m satisfied overall! Especially Airbnb in France, the owner is so nice! Even sending us to the destination we are heading to and prepared us breakfast. They are saving us a lot of money for transportation and food, highly recommended!
Food & Beverage：
We don’t really like the food in Switzerland, therefore we only dine out once and the rest of the time, we prepared our own meal/ bought the famous Coop roasted chicken.
What i wanted to highlight is, things in Coop are really cheap! ( Don’t apply the exchange rate as Ringgit is weak.. sob sob~)
Our berries dream came true, we have all sort of berries juice,Yogurt milk. The hypermarket even selling base for Cheese Fondue. We bought it and paired with beef, Truffle french bread, the taste was superb! * Croissant in Coop is cheap and tasty!
Transportation
If you are still puzzling whether to buy Half Fare Card/ Swiss Travel pass, then you should downloaded SBB App, do a rough calculation on the journey and cost for the train. So you can have a better idea which is more worthy.
*I will suggest to go for Swiss pass as you can have unlimited ride on different transportation. So you don’t need to spend time on queueing to buy the tickets.
*The public transport is convenient, clean and punctual. If you are lazy to drive, i would suggest you to take a train.
【Itinerary】
Day 1：Zurich – Rhine Falls – Lucerne – Golden Pass Line（Tips：Choose the carriage with cafe, so you can order and enjoy your coffee while looking out at the beautiful scenery for 2 hours – Interlaken – Lauterbrunnen
Day 2：Lauterbrunnen – Grindelwald First – Bachalpsee
Day 3：Luftseilbahn Grindelwald Pfingstegg（We have so much fun in Toboggan Run！）
Day 4：Spiez – Interlaken – Iseltwald
Day 5：Murren – Schilthorn 007 – Zermatt
Day 6：Gornergrat * Riffelsee
Day 7：Geneva – Paris Gare De Lyon – La Vallee Village shop till you drop！
Day 8：Disneyland
Day 9：Centre commercial Val d’Europe – Eiffel Tower – Printemps Haussmann – Zurich
Must have App：
- SBB Mobile：Check timing for train
- Meteo Swiss：Weather report, temperature ( We will checked a night before. In the case of bad weather at least we can change our plan. Or else you will just missed out the beautiful scenery like what we do now!)

Tips：
- Now you don’t need a PCR test or quarantine going to/coming back from Europe. You are not compulsory to wear a mask too.
- Alps covered most of the area in Switzerland. Thus, it’s quite cold! I think you should prepare more thermal clothings.
- Most of the shops closed at 6pm. I will suggest you to buy/shop for your dinner earlier.
- You will be able to check-in the hotel at around 4pm. In the case you don’t feel like bring your luggage around. You can store it at the luggage locker in the train station ( around CHF7 /Euro 9.50)
Switzerland is a country with countless charms, the breathtaking scenery make you feel like fallen into a fairytale. Even a simple photo taken by a phone looks like a beautiful painting!
The fresh air, clean township, convenient public transportation, the kind-hearted local people, they are super helpful! ( You will find your journey been surrounded by these beautiful people)
While trip to France was a bit too rush, we didn’t managed to see much. But we did went to Eiffel tower, Paris. So happened, we were in time for the 30th anniversary of Disneyland. Besides, the usual fireworks. There were a show with 200 Drones which is spectacular! Worth the time & money!

We are having some hard time in terms of communication in France as they don’t really speak English, while people in Switzerland speak better English. So, we can only use body language!
Although we didn’t managed to do parachute, ski. But, it’s okay! perfect excuses for the next trip!
