If you find your electricity bill go sky-rocket, don’t be panic! Our bill is normally RM100++, but it spike up to RM1000++. You will need to take note of your electricity bill.
Remember, in the case you encounter the same problem. Please make a call to TNB and let them come over to check what’s the problem. Normally when you make a call, they will be coming over in a day or two.
So, for my case it’s the human error where the TNB staff recorded the meter wrongly.
Don’t drag it for too long! Or else you probably going to open up a can of worms.

▼One suggesting a situation: In a case, someone staying in office/shoplot and air-cond turning on all the times likely it will be RM800. Is it someone overnight in the office?

▼ Some netizen also encountered the same problem: ” Me too! I thought price increased again!” ,” Same here! End up is the TNB staff recorded the meter wrongly. Supposed to be 99111 but it’s written 99911.”, ” Human error is quite common.”
