I asked for refund as the food is not cheap, RM16 per box and i bought 2.
I’m a dessert lover and i will never waste the food. But this is the first time i had such an awful dessert. The crepe is too thick and hard. It’s really hard to swallow!
It’s ok to be pricey, but i can’t accept it to be pricey and taste horrible.
When i called the seller asking for refund. The seller even had a fight with me, with terrible tone and manner. At last, i don’t need your refund anymore. You told me i can’t have the full refund. Moreover, you don’t have the rights to shout at me.
Ok I’m done with you.
It ruined my mood, supposedly having dessert is something delighted but ended up the seller ruined my mood for a few minutes.
