Great travel buddies will make your holiday. They’ll help you out when times are tough, happy to share the cost, and willing to wait with your bags while you go to the toilet at the train station. While, bad travel buddies do the opposite. They ruin your trip. It’s definitely a nightmare!
An anonymous netizen took a social media page “988” to share her bad travel experience with 3 friends to Thailand recently. Her travel mates taking advantages on her and blame her for been selfish.
The post read：
I just came back from a vacation in Thailand with some friends. It’s my first time travelling with this group of friends. They are my uni-mates. The drama started when we booked our air-tickets.
We are going to Thailand but they do not want to get the check-in baggage. I told them i wanted to get the check in baggage as i planned to buy souvenirs and so. End up, 4 of us but only me getting the check-in baggage.
Before the departure, they asked me to share the check-in baggage with them and i did although i knew it’s no fair for me.
Ok! I can forget about that! After we reached Thailand, i’m getting the sim card. They wanted to share the data. I be frank with them that i need the data, i can’t share with them. They blamed me for being selfish. Speechless!

When we went for food, everyone agreed to go on dutch but end up they said,” I never ate this dish and i never ordered that drink!” So, i’m the one paying the most again.
Then i wanted to go for massage but they didn’t want to. So i suggested to have an free and easy session. But they blamed me for not following majority. I felt uneasy throughout journey. I think they took advantage on me.
When we coming back, they wanted squeezed their souvenirs into my check-in baggage again. I told them i won’t have enough space asked them to get their own check-in baggage! The journey returning home they didn’t talk to me at all. Am i deserve all these non-sense?
