A 24-year-old young man in Thailand been diagnosed end-stage kidney failure, but this young man neither smoke, drinking alcohol in excess nor partying till late night. His TikTok video been widely shared and discussed by the netizen.
This TikToker, bb.boss04 took the social media to share the experience of his diagnosis from acute kidney failure to severe kidney damage. He is required to undergo dialysis twice a week.
According to his TikTok video, he is currently with some medical treatment while waiting for his turn for kidney transplant.
His post read:
On 2023, I’m 24-year-old and been diagnosed with end-stage of Kidney failure. He said: I never smoke, drinking alcohol in excess or partying till late night.
The young man also shared his symptoms. He experienced migraine, fatigue, nausea, weakness, muscle cramp especially in the midnight and high blood pressure up to 200.
He said he was first diagnosed with high blood pressure, the doctor gave him some medicine and he went home but symptom never subsided. He went back to the hospital again and the doctor said it’s migraine. Again, he was been given some medicines but he still didn’t feel anyway better.
However, the third time he went to consult a doctor. He been diagnosed with acute kidney failure. The doctor never shared the reason why he was diagnosed with the disease. But he personally think genetic factor may contribute to the sickness. As his late father suffered from some Kidney disease too.
Other than that, he suspected his habits like sleep late, not eating on time, drink coffee in the morning and not drinking enough water putting pressures on the kidney.
