The liposuction procedure took someone life, and the beauty practitioner in charged deleted her Facebook and Instagram account overnight.
According to China Press, the beauty parlour offered a few packages for Liposuction, the costs vary from RM1,500 to RM3,800 depending on the amount of fat removed and the body area targeted like abdomen, breasts, buttocks, hips, thighs, knees, upper arms, cheeks and neck.
The said beauty practitioner went to police station for further investigation after the deceased’s family lodged a police report.
Coco Siew, 23, bride to be died after a liposuction procedure in a beauty parlour in Cheras, KL. Her brother, Mr. Siew, 26, met the beauty practitioner after the incident to understand what was happening during the procedure.
But, Mr.Siew said the beauty practitioner never admitted their wrongdoing or apologised through out their conversation.
Mr. Siew and friends then tried to search for more infomation about the beauty parlour in social media but they failed to do so because all the accounts were deleted.
According to some trusted source, the said beauty parlour was always fully booked. They started their business in Kuantan on 2012 and expanded their business to KL on 2018.
According to the chat between the deceased and the person in charge of the beauty parlour, they have very limited available slot, as of their conversation on early October only 3 slot left. Coco planned to go for the liposuction on November. But the brother have no idea why she changed her mind and did the procedure earlier and unfortunately the tragedy happened.
