A video in TikTok went viral lately garnered 1.4 million views just within 4 days after it’s uploaded. Most of us probably wondering what’s the content about?
It’s one of the most heated topic in town, from the staff of J&T Express. The courier company found themselves in hot water, after a series of events including allegations on mishandling client’s parcel, pay cut and sparking a strike among employees.
The TikTok user took a video and shared in the platform that after a series of incidents, the parcels he send went from 150 to 20 a day. Feeling speechless, he was praying hard for J&T.

The video was not only viewed 1.4million times but came with 10.1k comments with some encourage him, saying they will continue to support J&T. While, some still upset with their services.

Sad truth, but we also sincerely hope they can improve their services, sorting out their internal problems. I believe consumers will definitely give them another chance.
