Ingredients that you need to make this smooth, creamy mushroom soup
- Mushroom
- Butter
- Onion
- Garlic
- Chicken, cut into bite sizes
- fresh milk
- evaporate milk
- all purpose flour
- salt
- sugar
- white pepper
- black pepper
▼ Step 1: In heated pan, melt the butter.
▼ Step 2: Add the onion and garlic into the butter.
▼ Step 3: In another pot, make chicken stock by boiling the chicken.
▼ Step 4: Cooked the onion until it soften
▼ Step 5: Add your choice of mushroom
▼ Step 6: Cooked down the mushroom until it is softened
▼ Step 7: Let the chicken boil. If you want a clear broth, you can skim out the scums on top of the stock.
▼Step 8: Add the all-purpose flour in the mushroom mixture
▼ Step 9: Mix it well.
▼ Step 10: Add in the chicken stock and the chicken meat in the mushroom mixture.
▼ Step 11: Stir and combine it well.
▼ Step 12: After it is well combined, add the soup to the blender.
▼ Step 13: Blend it until it becomes smooth.
▼ Step 14: After it becomes smooth, put it back in the unheated pot.
▼ Step 15: Add fresh milk
▼ Step 16: Add the evaporated milk
▼ Step 17: Add some hot water
▼ Step 18: Turn on the heat into medium heat
▼ Step 19: Add salt, sugar, white and black peppers according to you taste!
▼ Now your soup is done! Enjoy it with a fresh batch of garlic bread or plain bread~
