Recently the number of people buying goods and services online has increased more than ever before. Thus, in the same time, we are also hearing more story from the buyer and seller.
Lately a Shopee buyer, Alex took it to a Facebook page to complain about his seller as he was buying instant noodle on Shopee and requested the food item to reach him on the same day. He was also sharing the conversation where he scolded the seller.
The post read:
I had a very unpleasant online shopping experience yesterday. I placed an order in the morning, the seller only send out the item in the afternoon. The problem is i can’t received my food item on the same day.
The seller was rude, took 10 minutes to reply on my questions. Delivery was very slow. Here i wanted to remind everyone, if you are hungry then you need to think twice before you buying food item in shopee. Or else, you will only starve yourselves.
▼ After the buyer placed order, he contacted the seller and wrote,” Hi, why i haven’t received the parcel? Will i be able to receive it today?”
2 minutes later, the seller haven’t reply and the buyer continue to ask,” Hello, can reply me?”
” In case i don’t receive your parcel today, i will ask for refund. But i will not return the instant noodle. Because you are too slow in delivering your items. I’m wasting my time to wait for the arrival of your parcel. So, you will need to compensate.”
▼ The buyer continued to write: ” I want my parcel, my instant noodle. I paid for it, it’s not free. Therefore, i want it by today.”
3 minutes later, the seller replied:” Boss, If you informed me early morning, i can sacrificed my sleeping time to send it over to you and have breakfast with you.”
Buyer: ” Your attitude is terrible, i will lodge a complain and rated you one star. I will ask for refund but don’t dream that you can have your item back.”
Seller: ” Boss, please refund when you received the item. It’s ok as long as you are happy, love you!”
