We always read story about bad online shopping experience, but most of the time it was about the difficult customer/buyer. For the sake of business, the poor seller have to still put up a smile to deal with the difficult buyer.
But this one is the other way round. The poor buyer get scolded for just asking the order’s status as the seller didn’t ship out the order as promised.
A netizen named Angel took social media to share her terrible shopping experience in Shopee. She was quite unlucky as she bought something from this very rude seller. At the end of the day, her order was cancelled by the seller. What?!!!!
Her post read:
Why is the Shopee seller so fierce and rude? really freak me out!
I placed an order on Mar 20 and the next day i texted the seller is the item shipped?
The seller replied that they will shipped the item within 2 days, as their warehouse is in Malaysia and not other country.
But i realised the item is not even shipped after 4 days then i was just sending them a text asking about the status. But ended up i got this kind of reply..
I couldn’t believed their attitude can be this bad. They even blocked me and not replying me.
▼ One day after she placed the order, she texted the seller to check the status of her item, she wrote,” May i know is my item shipped?”
The seller replied,” We are Malaysia local seller, order can be ship out within 24 hours, delivery time may take up to 2 days. Different from oversea seller may take 7-14 days to deliver the item to Malaysia. If you have any problem please chat with us , we will reply to you soon.”
Then she wrote,” Waiting for the delivery”
▼ However after 4 days, Shopee delivery status showed the item was not yet shipped. Angel texted the seller again wanted to know the status of her order, she never thought the seller will replied in such a rude manner saying,” If you cannot wait then don’t wait”, “making so much noise”.
Following that, her order was cancelled and the seller blocked her.
Then she was asking,” refund, you mean?”. But her text was not able to reach the seller anymore.

Another wrote,” Even it’s pre-order, why can’t just talk nicely. Do you think it’s a right attitude to talk to the customer in that way? Is it means now buyers are not allowed to ask for the status”
