Although you can’t see or touch those items you wanted to buy in e-commerce platform. But still, a lot of us like to do online shopping, as it’s time and cost-saving( you don’t need to travel to mall, pay for parking, toll, petrol and etc). Our only wish is when we do online shopping, the seller can ship out the item as fast as possible.
Like this seller do, shipped out the items within 10 minutes! BUT, he was rated 1 star just because he shipped out the items too FAST?!
A pharmacy, which also have their online store took social media to rant on the difficult customer they met in Shopee. The customer placed an order and within 10 minutes they managed to ship out the order. However, their efficiency didn’t won them a round applause but they was rated 1 star!
▼ Buyer placed an order at 4.42pm and on 4:52pm seller already shipped out the order.
▼ After the buyer found the order was shipped, first thing she do was blaming the seller for sending out the items too quickly.
Buyer : Just place order, why normal day never ship so fast? ( Attached the order status)
Seller : So happened J&T is here, so we quickly packed and send out.
▼ The buyer said their speed in shipping the order causing her to lose RM10++
Buyer : See, now i cannot claim my 1k coins!
Seller : But you see the Shoppee order status on 4:50pm J&T Scanned already.
Buyer : I’m losing RM10++. Never mind, you all never read my message.
Seller : Sorry. We are in the midst of packaging the items.
Buyer : If can, i will never order from you again.
▼ After the buyer received the parcel, she rated the seller 1 star. The seller is speechless!
▼ Some wondering why the buyer couldn’t claim the coins. One was saying,” Should be the buyer forget to use the coins when she first placed order, she wanted to cancel order but seller already shipped out the parcel.”

▼ Some said the buyer with terrible character. One suggested the seller to block her, ” So difficult to deal with! Maybe if she find your price is cheaper, she will beg and buy from you again”

▼ Some shopee sellers asked thepharmacy to share her ID so they can banned her too. And the pharmacy replied,” I banned her already. I think it’s unfair to us!”
▼” Why there is buyer that didn’t treasure seller that shipped out items fast? i had a bad experience waiting for items i ordered for a week and only when i asked them they send out items. The most unacceptable thing is, i ordered 4 and they only send me 1″

▼ Some seller also commented and shared their experience dealing with difficult customer. One said she came across a Chinese buyer questioned them for shipping out early. Although he explained” we ship everyday except Sunday and public holiday” But she seems not happy and said will rated them badly.
Another seller also experienced the same, received order at 3pm shipped out order at 4pm. Parcel received the following day at 12noon. However he was rated 1 star too! Reason being, seller shipped out too fast. She haven’t done choosing the items.

▼” So, being efficient also seller’s fault. Business is tough la .. since so many difficult buyer. Everything blamed it to seller. Even they pressed wrongly also seller’s fault.”
