A difficult customer can be “difficult” in a number of different ways. They could be angry, indecisive or maybe just incredibly talkative. And some, you probably couldn’t get their logic. And no matter how you explain to them, they will finger-point at you!
Yesterday, a Shopee seller took social media to vent on a buyer, she said,” First time in my life to come across this kind of weird buyer!”

After being a seller for quite sometimes, it’s my first time to come across this kind of buyer. I never talked bad about my buyers but today i decided to share my story with you. I think this buyer really gave us ( the seller) a hard time!!
In conjunction with Shopee’s Sales, we are running a RM1 shocking deals promotion. A super hydro serum for only RM1. But after the buyer received the product, she squeezed all the serum in a measuring cup to see whether amount given is the same as stated.
Then she PM me asking why the serum was measured at 25ml, but not 30ml as stated in the description. The seller don’t even know what answer to give and was thinking why the buyer want to give them a hard time.

Buyer: Hi, I wanted to ask why this serum don’t even have 30ml. ( attached picture white cream in a measuring cup). It’s only 25ml.
Seller: Dear, we actually never measure the amount the serum whether it’s 30ml.

Seller: We are selling based on the description on products which is written 30ml.
Buyer: But, when i measured it’s only 25ml. Never mind.
Seller: Dear, when i shipped out the parcel it’s nicely wrapped. We never open and use the product.
▼ Netizen suggested to reply,” Is your measurement cup come with calibration certification? Or else it may not be accurate”
▼ Some said the remaining 5ml should be inside the bottle. But the seller, Elaine said,” I thought of telling her the same but in the same time. I’m also worried she will break the bottle and measured the remaining. What if the remaining don’t have 5ml?! I don’t know how to answer her then.”
▼ “If she poured in and out. I’m sure left 15ml only.”
▼ “Tell her the weather is hot and the serum evaporated. Suggested her to buy during winter”
▼ Some netizen suggested her to apologise and refund to the buyer. RM1 divided by 30ml so each ml = RM0.03 ~ 5ml =RM0.16~ Some even willing to help her to refund to the buyer.
