What if you lost your SPM certificate?! Don’t worry because now you can apply for an additional copy of certificate online!
How to apply for it online？！
Step 1：E-Lembaga Peperiksaan Website【Click here】，click「Perkhimatan」。
Step 2：Click「Salinan Keputusan」。
Step 3：Select the examination that you would like to have a copy of the certification, e.g.: SPM
Step 4：Key in your IC number , then click 「Papar Borang Permohonan」。
Step 5：The system will show your name, birth date, year of the exam took and so on! After that, key in your address and the mandatory information!
※ Those who apply for the copy of the certificate will need to pay RM30 + RM10 Delivery fee for Pos Laju! Or you can choose to pick up the document 「Ambil Sendiri」 at the counter in Lembaga Peperiksaan !
If you choose to deliver via post, you will be getting the document in around a week time!
