It’s my third year in Samsung~
According to The Randstad Employer Brand Research, Samsung is a company within TOP 5. This definitely is one of the dream job for most university graduates.
I’m pretty lucky, because i was offered a job in Samsung after i graduated, and been staying here for 3 years . I’m lucky to have chance to see it moving to a new office.
Our new office located in KL Eco City ( right next to a LRT station), even with no own transport, you can still easily get to the office.

Next, let’s talk about the working environment, benefits and perks working in Samsung!
① Working hour：
Flexible hour～ the normal working hours will be from 8:30am to 5:30pm，but it’s pretty flexible for the an hour before or after work. For example: You are at the office at 7:30am, then you can off work at 4:30pm, but if you reach office at 9:30am then you will be finish work at 6:30pm.
② Festive gifts：
HR will be sending out some small little festive gift for all the staffs~ Dumpling for Dragon boat festival, Mooncake for mid-autumn festival.
③ Staff privilege~ special price promotion：
Of course, Samsung products with ” staff price” is one of our benefits.
Of course, a company come with it’s pro & con. But, for now the pro is greater than con or else, i won’t be staying here for 3 years.
If you can work under pressure, this company will definitely a good choice. It’s just my sharing, and hopefully everyone can get their dream job.

Samsung is been selected as 1 of the Top 5 company, of course the benefits given is not bad at all.
Other than the one i mentioned in the last post, here we have more to go:
Benefit ④ : Randomly give out movie ticket, of course you can choose the movie you like. A ticket for two, you can also choose for the couple seat.
Benefit ⑤ ：Once a month free breakfast.
Benefit ⑥：Seasonal team lunch /dinner, you can choose the food you like and company will pay for your bill.
Benefit ⑦ ：Every Friday with free ice cream.
Benefit ⑧ ：You can get all sorts of Japan / Korea imported snacks in the Pantry’s vending machines. It’s cheaper than the market price.
Of course, there are also other benefits where i will share more next time.
