Around a month ago, Dr. Noor Hisham received The BrandLaureate Award, Certificate of Recognition and Appreciation, and was globally recognized for his hard work in working for Malaysian Healthcare.
In conjunction with the Official Birthday of the Yang di-Pertuan Agong, Al-Sultan Abdullah Ri’ayatuddin Al-Mustafa Billah Shah, Director-General of Health, Datuk Dr. Noor Hisham is one of the individuals awarded the Darjah Panglima Setia Mahkota (PSM) which carries the title ‘Tan Sri’.
The title was conferred in the Ceremony of Facing and Ceremony for the Awarding of Federal Degrees, Stars, and Medals (first day) which took place at Istana Melawati, Putrajaya. During the same event, Chief Justice of Malaysia, Tan Sri Tengku Maimun Tuan Mat and Pro-Canselor Universiti Teknologi MARA (UiTM), Tan Sri Dr. Arshad Ayub also received Darjah Seri Setia Mahkota (SSM) bearing the title ‘Tun’.
Dr. Noor Hisham added that the appreciation and honor title is not for him only but it is a government appreciation to all frontline staff especially from the Ministry of Health Malaysia (MOH). He added that every appreciation and award is given to the frontliners in fighting the pandemic COVID-19 hopefully will lit their spirit to continue to carry out their duties for the health of the people and the security of the country.
