I think a lot of you also have the experience of boss messaging you after work, some even texted when you are on leave. Asking for reports, follow up on the project, and so on.

This netizen took it to Facebook page, Boom go Employee to share his experience, where the lady boss texting in a company group chat and of course its work-related at 2:27 am. Yes! In the middle of the night, you and I are probably already in the dreamland.

The caption wrote, ” Boss, who are you expecting to reply to your message in the middle of the night?”

The admin of the page also poking fun and said, “Please change a boss ASAP ( as soon as possible)”

Of course, we think the post resonated with a lot of us (the employee..Hehehe~~). Thus it went viral garnered 1.8k responses and 946 shares.

The screen capture started with a work-related message from the boss at 2:27 am. And~~~ no one responded to it. The very hardworking boss slept later than 2:27 am and wake up at 6:38 am ( Huh~~ only 4 hours sleep).

The lady boss seems angry and texted the team again at 6:38 am,”Team, please respond! Don’t make me feel like I’m talking to the wall.”

The team only replying her messages 2 hours later with ” Noted” at 8:32 am.

To be honest, I really enjoy reading the comments~~ Let’s check it out:

▼Some suggesting the netizen reply with ” noted with the good night”

▼ Some suggested he should sarcastically reply,” You are not talking, you are typing”, ” If I’m replying then it’s not me👻 ”

▼ In case you are on leave, with some suggestions you should reply,” The wall is more responsive than me who is still on vacation.”

▼ One also said should correct her and said: “piano-ing with the cow” (It’s actually a Chinese idiom that indicates talking to the wrong audience).

▼ Some wondering why the boss no need to sleep and suggesting the netizen reply ” my soul will help me to reply.”

▼ A netizen also shared the same experience. Boss asked him/her to remain contactable and follow up on outstanding issues even the netizen was on leave. Some netizen said felt better after seeing treatment from this boss, probably think they are not the only one getting this kind of treatment.

▼ Another netizen also sharing the boss requested everyone to reply to messages even when they were out for lunch.

Do you have a boss like this too?  Do you think this kind of treatment is fair? However, I think this year is definitely a very very challenging year, bosses are under pressure too!
