Ingredients needed for garlic sauce;

  • Minced garlic
  • 100g butter
  • 2 tablespoon mayonnaise
  • 1 egg
  • Parsley

▼ Melt the butter and let it cool a bit before you mix in all the ingredients.

Ingredients for the filing;

  • 250g cream cheese
  • 2 tablespoon of condensed milk

▼ Mix the cream cheese with the condensed milk then put it inside a piping bag.

Here’s how you put in the filing!

Step 1: Use a round shaped bread, cut half the top of bread into 6 slices but not all the way through.

Step 2: Fill each slices with the mixture of cream cheese and condensed milk.

Step 3: Spread the garlic sauce evenly on the bread or you can just dip it in.

Step 4: Bake for 10-15 minutes on 150-160°C.
