J&T Perak Has Come Out With A Video To Shed Light On Their Viral Video

Regarding the viral video of J&T employees who throwing and mishandle customers’ parcels, J&T Perak has come out with video to clear the air.

That video was believed had happen at J&T Express Perak as they had posted a video to apologise on their Facebook page. That 0:57 seconds video has garnered over 4.5K likes and 6.1K shares from Malaysians.

In that video, 7 of the staffs has pled guilty and stressed that there is no issue between the management and the staffs and there is no commission reduction too. They also stressed that they did not do any protest.

At the end, they once again apologise to the company for ruining the company’s good name and to the customers who are affected by their action. They also promised that they will do their best to clear all the parcels and deliver them as soon as possible.

However, some netizens were not having it and believe that this video is a scripted video and they are forced to do so.
