Netizen Disappointed As No One Assisting Them Looking for Their Missing Parcel & At Last They Found It Next to Some Garbage

A netizen took social media to rant on services provided by a courier company.Β  And it’s not the first time the courier company was under fire. The post was widely circulated on several social media platform too.

The worst ever experience from JXX EXXXXXX Malaysia.

Our end send a parcel to our customer from Feb 8. But they haven’t received the parcel to the date of writing the post.

My customer then decided to collect the parcel by himself at JXX Bukit Raja ( Because Tracking of the parcel stated the parcel was there).

When he was there, he gave them the tracking number but none of the staff bother but just asking them what item was that.

The JXX staff brought them the warehouse. The customer and his friend have to look for the parcel by themselves, but the staff just sat down, some smoking while some pretended don’t know anything about it.

Then my customer found our parcel at a garbage area near to the warehouse.

The saddest part was none of the staff felt sorry and they never apologized.

Gosh .. JXX, my customer bought those items worth RM500 and paying RM81 for your courier services but you left our parcel unattended next to some garbage. A few tin containers were opened and spilled. I’m sure you will be upset looking at it. 😭😭😭😭😭

Still many more parcel can be seen next to their garbage area.

β–Ό ” Oh.. this is terrible”

β–Ό One suggested to lodge a report and kept the evidence. And also a link to file complaint to relevant government department.

β–Ό On said the courier company used to be good but not now anymore. Some also thought the top management should step up to face the public when they were under fire.

β–Ό” my parcel reaching in a damaged condition too, the plastic wrapping it already look like a trash, I don’t know what is wrong with these people, felt like slapping them”

β–Ό” Whatever we do, we do it full-hearted and responsible. Imagine the parcel belongs to you. JXX management also acted like pirate, their warehouse don’t even have a supervisor. All the parcels were on the floor, they should have a rack or shelf and the parcels arranged according the postcode and references number. Then it will be easier for tracing.”

β–Ό Some thought whatever JXX has in grievance between their management and the staff is between them. The staff shouldn’t took the opportunity to destroy the customers parcels. Those vandalised the parcels she be punished.”

To be honest, your customer is paying for your services and this shouldn’t happened. Hopefully JXX can quickly sorted out their internal problems and managed all the dispute professionally.
