This man here is really living by the definition of lucky when he get his brand new premium spec Proton X50 with only RM1! Can you believe it? Sharing his story in a Facebook group, his post has garnered over 1.8K likes and 61 shares as many still can’t believe how he did that!
His post read as;
” Alhamdulillah with purchase of only RM1, this car is finally mine, this is from Shopee #shopeeoneornot contest, winning date of this gift dated last year on 11/2020, only today I can claim it, maybe there is some problem from Proton production. Shopee supposed to give the orange colour but if we take the orange colour, the claiming process will take much longer, so Shopee just take whatever colour is available. Red is striking too.”
This Shopee One Or Not contest is when you pay RM1 to join the contest but if you are not the lucky winner, your money will get refunded back to you. So, if you win, you get a fabulous gift but if you’re not, you can still get your money back.
Looking at the comments under his post, many were jealous of his luck and some were also surprise that Shopee really be giving the present as many thought that contest was just a scam. Rm1 for a brand new car is just like getting the car for free!
