This buyer sharing on XiaoHongShu her odd experience buying in Shopee. Initially, she bought only 2 bottles of shampoo and 2 bottles of conditioner, ended up she had 7 bottles of shampoo without a single bottle of conditioner.

I think i bought too many things on Shopee, so i started to have some odd incident happened on me. Following the last terrible experience where i received some damaged item, this time round i met a seller who kept sending me a wrong item.
The story began with my first order, where i bought 2 shampoo, on the same day, i placed another order for 2 conditioner, both the orders reached me on the same day..

I was shocked when i unbox my parcel.
So, in total i received 4 bottles of shampoo, i contacted the seller and requested refund. However, i cancelled the refund after seller apologized sincerely and offered me discount if i purchased conditioner from them.
I bought 3 bottles of conditioner on the third order. After i placed the order, i reminded the seller don’t send me the wrong item, the seller noted an replied “Ok”. But, Again….
I received the item yesterday, i opened it immediately!
Before i removed the bubble wrapper, i can felt something went wrong since the colour of the bottles looked like shampoo. Once i removed the wrapper, Gosh~~~ It’s the SHAMPOO again! I don’t know to mad at them or to laugh at it, because this is ridiculous!
I contacted the seller again and asking them a math question, like what u saw in screencap below. In short, i’m asking the seller to calculate from first to third order, in total i received how many bottles of Shampoo and conditioner. And the cute seller was putting his hand up to answer the question” 4 Shampoo 3 Conditioner. This is so funny!

Then i took a picture of the 7 bottles of shampoo and send it to the seller. I think the seller also in shocked, i think the one who liaised with me was not the one in charged of the packaging. However, the seller promised to bring the 3 bottles of conditioner and send over to my place personally.
Somehow, the seller is not here yet, i will update your guys soon.
