Buying food via online seller and get it delivered right to our doorstep is very convenient. But here’s a question! If you bought a food products via online, do you like it if the seller wrapped the items securely with bubble wraps and all? Or do you think that is a major turn off as it can be hard to open the package?
A Twitter user has took to Twitter to share a buyer review and rating on his products packaging. His tweet has amassed over 7.5K retweets and 13.2K likes!
His post read as;
“Even with secure packaging I got 3 Star because the buyer said he/she don’t have the mood to unwrap it.”
Along with that tweet, he tagged along a screenshot of the buyers review.
“This Chocorichee is delicious and the chocolate is plenty but the packaging is too secure that it makes me don’t have mood to unwrap it. It’s really struggling to unwrap, my mood to eat is gone too, so..sorry,” as the review wrote.
According to his next tweet, he said even though the customer gave him 3-star, his product rate is still 5-star as they are still many understanding customers.
It just that he was a bit disappointed with buyers who take rating lightly as this can affect the seller rating.
His advice is, if you received a product that is not up to your expectation, broken or went missing, please report or chat with the seller first. Seller will try to refund you.
