Ever since the topic has been widely discussed, a Malaysia recruitment company “Globe Asia Recruitment” shared some findings on pay for garbageman in 7 countries. Now who dare to say ” garbageman” earned very little!

Recently, netizen in Singapore shared payslip of garbageman on social media. They are actually very well paid with approximately RM14k a month.
Suddenly, i felt be a garbageman also got “bright future”~ Ka-Ching.. Ka-Ching
① United Kingdom(UK) – Monthly pay: around RM8,367 / Yearly pay: around RM100,405
▼ Some said the job doesn’t consider high pay, as tax haven’t deducted and living cost is high in UK.
② Singapore – Monthly pay: around RM8,585 / Yearly pay: around RM103,030
③ Hong Kong – Monthly pay: around RM8,924 / Yearly pay: around RM107,091
▼Living cost is too high in HK. Some though RM 10k is insufficient to live in HK.
④ Japan – Monthly pay: around RM9,469 / Yearly pay: around RM113,639
▼ One said working for 6 days to get JPY1 Million, ” I also want to be a garbageman in Japan”, ” Please hire me, Japan”
⑤ USA – Monthly pay: around RM12,922 / Yearly pay: around RM155,064
⑥ Australia – Monthly pay: around RM13,723 / Yearly pay: around RM164,684
▼ Some netizen said,” Since many years back, Australia no longer using manpower to collect garbage”
⑦ Malaysia – Monthly pay: around RM1,300 / Yearly pay: around RM15,600
▼ But according to some netizens, the pay should be higher as they can get paid for those recycling items. Most predicted at least RM2-3k or above. One said,” Not that little, i used to see a garbageman with 2 houses, 3 cars. Not only high pay but they are also selling recycling items with maybe RM5,000 extra income a month”
▼ ” I can only say Ringgit is pathetic”
▼ A young boy is wondering why go for SPM as he though SPM is useless. Even a garbageman foreign country don’t even need SPM.

▼ Some netizen thought we should compare apple to apple. And another one said,” meaning half of the salary give your mother. In Malaysia, you can give RM600. While USA can give RM4,000″
