Fried sausage and meatballs, tired of them? Then you should check out this new way to prepare and enjoy the food. And the fact is, you won’t get an oily kitchen or smelly hair even after preparing the meal.
▼ First, marinate the meat & seafood:
All meat to marinate at least 30 minutes with the following ingredients:
- Wine 1 tablespoon( tbs)
- Oyster sauce 1 tbs
- Dark soy sauce 1tbs
- BBQ condiments 1tbs
- starch, pepper, salt, chicken seasoning powder, ginger, spring onion and some chopped onion.
▼ Here is how we prepare the BBQ sauce ① ：
- Chopped onion, add in chopped garlic
- 2 tbs of cumin + 2 tbs BBQ condiments
- 1 Tbs of pepper + some pepper + Chicken seasoning powder
▼ Step ②
- Add in some sesame + add in hot oil
- 1tbs of soy sauce + 3 tbs of oyster sauce
- Preheat the oven to 220C
- brush on some BBQ sauce on the baking tray
▼Arrange all the food nicely on the baking tray and brush another layer of the BBQ sauce on the surface of the food.
▼ Bake them for 20 minutes at 220C. then you can enjoy the yummy BBQ!
