Recently, a netizen, Alicia took social media to share her Drive-thru experience at AEON, ” Super convenient & easy, and the vegetables i get it’s fresher than the one i picked in hypermarket”

I actually thought not to post this, because they might be more people fighting for their services with me.
Let me tell you about my Aeon drive-thru experience. I tried twice, and it’s good and convenient. You just need to drive-thru Aeon, pay and go ( Took me less than 5 minutes). Of course, you can also opt for delivery ( where there will be delivery charges).
After you placed the order, you will need to select a pick-up date & time. In the case it’s full then you have to keep trying until you get a slot. Then, your Aeon personal Shopper will be contacting you. In the case, any of the items you ordered is running out of stock.
Of course, you also can try your luck, to add in other items ( Because there are very limited vegetables and fruits in the shopping menu). Once your personal shopper get everything ready. She will contact you to make the payment.
If no one is contacting you, then you can pick up your items in the drive-thru counter on the time selected, or contact Aeon via the link given below.

▼ One also sharing her experience, no one contacting you then you just go to the pick up point on the selected timing as they ( Aeon personal shopper) might not be contacting you when your order is ready. Because the Aeon personal shopper might be swamped as number of order increase due to FMCO.
▼ Problem with delivery is those items that running out of stocks need to take 1 month to refund. Some shared the vegetables they bought via Aeon delivery is very fresh, almost the same like those bought in market, convenient and no need to go out. But one said if via delivery then no one will be contacting them when no stock.
▼One just realised there is a drive-thru service. However, one said, ” cannot satisfy aunty & uncle, they prefer to hand-pick the vegetables”
Besides the delivery of vegetables/fruits and meats to your doorstep, actually drive-thru is also a good option too!
