When you do online shopping, if you come across a good seller, you will be having a good mood all day long! And you will be thinking the item you bought worth it’s value.

But what if you want the seller to send you the item you bought as fast as possible? What should you do to make the seller do so and you doesn’t look like a difficult customer?

Recently, 2 posts on a Shopee Facebook page were widely shared and discussed. One was trying his very best to keep the seller’s rapport and another buyer trying his best to ask the seller to send the order as soon as possible.

The post written:” For the sake of the above 85% chat response rate, I’m going all OUT!”

▼ Seller sending a cute ” Giving you a like” sticker, buyer also replied politely:” Thank you” then seller replying with several cute stickers.

▼ After seeing seller cutie sticker, the buyer then send an “OK” image as a reply.  And the 2 then keep sending cute stickers to each other.

▼ Both end is to ensure they got a good rating, good buyer rating and good seller rating.

▼  One only understand now why they so polite and friendly, maybe all on the interest purpose and not so sincere.

▼ So, if you feeling lonely, you should go to Shopee then can chit chat with the seller.

▼ Actually they are not alone, some other seller also did the same.

▼ When seller meeting another seller, ” I’m a seller too! can we stop this?”

▼ Some said” They will just block it!”

▼ Calvin said,” The problem is i’m a seller too, when i didn’t replied those message my chat % drop to lowest.”

▼ One commented: You can have a read on the chat response rate. I actually tried, first, we need to see who started the chat? if your customer is the one started the conversation then you have to replied and solve the matter within 12 hours. Even the last reply from the customer sending a sticker, if you are not responding also your rate won’t be affected.

But if the customer asking you question, after you replying and 5 minutes later your customer replying Thank you. Within 12 hours you never reply then your rate will be affected.

Even those spam picture, if one send to you and you never reply, your rate will be affected too. If you replying late, they reported you, your rating will drop too.

Those Shopee broadcast, those games reminding you to water the plant. If you are not responding, you rate will drop too.”

▼ But one seller said,” after the automated message, i replied the buyer then i normally ignore it but my chat rate is till 100%” and another seller also experienced the same, after replying thank you then no more but the rate not dropping too.

This netizen bought cat food in Shopee, she don’t have much pet’s food left, so the buyer was hoping the seller can send the cat food as soon as possible. But to keep chasing the seller, she was afraid she will be labelled a difficult customer. Thus, she thought of a win win solution : to get her cat to do the job!
