I’m not sure whether you are working with any gen Z especially those born after 2000, the 00s? As we always heard they have terrible working attitude, arrogant, irresponsible. When talking about the 00s, a lot of bosses will shake their head!
Recently, a Malaysian boss took social media to share his horrible experience hiring 00s. He shared a screenshot of his WhatsApp conversation with his 00s staff. He was absent on the first day of work. Reason being: He can’t wake up on time!
▼ 00s staff：「Sorry, i can’t make it today. I woke up late and no transport to the workplace.」
Boss：「 Never mind, we need someone who is responsible, you don’t need to come anymore. Thank you!」
Then the 00s staff replied：「ok！」

Netizen C: 8 years ago, we got a newbie. On his first day of work, he worked half day and take half day EL. The 2nd day, he was absent as his mum pass away. The 3rd day, his sister pass away and the day after his brother pass away. On the 5th day, he said he want to resign and asking for the pay ? But he only worked for half day which was around 4 hours and doing nothing.
Netizen D : My staff supposed to work at 10am but came at 10:45am. He supposed to finish work at 6pm, but he left at 4pm. When i asked him about the sales, he said no customer and fight for sales tomorrow. But when i checked the CCTV, he was sleeping all the times. I fired him on the spot.

▼ Not only those born after 2000, even 90s also the same. The first day not coming, he said it’s raining. Never mind, i tried to understand him. The next day also he is not coming.
